スター・ウォーズ エピソード3
昨日は外出先から早く帰ってきたので、遅まきながらSTAR WARS EP3を見に行った。
吉祥寺に着いたのが18:30頃。19:00からの最終回に間に合った。
8/3のエントリーにも書いたように、事前の復習はばっちりだったのでストーリに入りやすかった。
以下、印象に残ったシーンをいくつか。
・CGの精密さが一段と増した
=>特に都市（コルサント）の映像など良く出来ていた。当然、戦闘シーンもGood。
・ドゥーク伯爵がオビ=ワンとアナキンと戦い、最後はアナキンにやられるシーン
=>始まってまもなく、結構あっさりやられてしまった。
・グリーバス将軍とオビ=ワンの戦い
=>ただのジェダイと違って、マスターであるオビ=ワンの強さ。ウインドウだったらもっと強いと思う。
・メイス・ウインドウとダーク・シディアス（=パルパティーン）との戦い
=>ライトセーバー使いとしてのウインドウの強さは相当だが、ダーク・シディアスの演技（やられた振り）でアナキンが寝返って、ウインドウを攻撃してしまい、最後はダーク・シディアスのエネルギーでウインドウがやられてしまう。無敵のウインドウがこんな形で・・・と思った。
・アナキン vs オビ=ワンの戦闘シーン
=>ライトセーバーの立ち回りが腕だけで迫力がイマイチ。
・アナキンがオビ=ワンにやられて焼けていくシーン
=>溶けた顔がリアル。両足をやられながら、はいつくばって生への執念を見せるところがすごい。
・ダーク・シディアスの秘密命令によって、ヨーダとオビ=ワン以外のジェダイが次々とクローンやられてしまうシーン
=>哀愁の悲しみを誘う。
・ルークがタトゥーンでオビ=ワンから叔母さん、叔父さんに引き取られるシーン
=>何故か一番感動したかな。例の音楽と、その後のストーリーを思い出して。
疑問に思ったこと
・オビ=ワンがタトゥーンでルークの成長を見守るといったとき、ヨーダがオビ=ワンに対して、暇なときは修行をしろ。そのためにオビ=ワンの師である今は亡きクワイ=ガンとの交信の仕方を教えるといっていただが、オビ=ワンと亡きクワイ=ガンとのことは、この後のエピソードで全く出てこないと思った。
その他
・普通の映画ならエンディングロールが始まると、皆、席を立ち始めるのだが、今回は最後まで席に座ってみている人が多かった（自分も含めて）。最後に誰かがスクリーンに向かって拍手でもするんじゃないかと思って冷や冷やしたけど杞憂だった（USAならするのかな？）。
・EP4-6のDVDトリロジーBOXを見た時、EP6の最後の場面のエンドアの戦いの祝勝会で、霊体化したヨーダとオビ=ワンとアナキンが、ルークとレイアを見守っている場面があるが、アナキンの役者がEP2-3のヘイデン・クリステンセンに似ていると思っていた。
ところが今日、「スター・ウォーズの鉄人」というHPで調べたら、DVDのアナキン役はヘイデン・クリステンセンだった。映画やビデオでは、セバスチャン・ショウとのこと。このことを知るまでは、EP6のアナキン役の人に似た人をEP2-3のアナキン役に選んだと思ったりしていた。
EP6はレーザディスクからダビングしたビデオが実家にあるので、そのうちセバスチャン・ショウが出ている場面を確認してみようと思う。
